Turnover of the Islands to Argentina.
Inhabitants offered a relocation deal back to the UK or another area under British sovereignty.
A relocation grant of $100000 per person.
Residents who stay become Argentinian citizens.
50/50 split with UK over oil rights.
UK technological know-how would have to be shared for exploration.
